Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering by Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. and Suburban Energy Finance Corp. of $250,000,000 of their 7 3/8% Senior Notes due 2020. Proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, were used to finance a substantially concurrent consent solicitation and cash tender offer by the Issuers to purchase their 6.875% Senior Notes due 2013, in which Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC as Dealer Manager.
