Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $3 Billion Senior Secured Term Loan Facility for CIT Group

Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners and Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and collateral agent in connection with the addition of a new $3,000,000,000 tranche of term loans to CIT Group's senior secured credit facility. The proceeds will be used to refinance existing term loans under the senior secured credit facility.
