Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in the Acquisition Financing for Miramax Films

Cahill represented Barclays Capital and Jefferies Finance LLC, as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, and Barclays Bank PLC, as administrative agent and collateral agent, in connection with the secured credit facility financing for FilmYard Holdings, LLC's $663 million acquisition of Miramax Films from The Walt Disney Company.
The sale of Miramax Films includes rights in over 700 film titles and non-film assets, such as certain books, development projects and the "Miramax" name.
