Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Amended Credit Facility for Delta Air Lines

Cahill represented Barclays and the other lead arrangers in connection with the amendment of Delta Air Lines, Inc.’s $1,097,250,000 Term B-1 Loan Facility, $399,000,000 Term B-2 Loan Facility and $450,000,000 Revolving Facility, pursuant to which the pricing of each of the term loan facilities was adjusted along with other technical amendments.
