Morgan, UBS Investment Bank, Jefferies, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.75%/9.50% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2020 by JLL/Delta Dutch Pledgeco B.V., a leading global provider of formulation, development and manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Proceeds from the offering will be used to pay a dividend.
