Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $850 Million Term Loans for Prestige Brands

Cahill represented Barclays Bank PLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as joint lead arrangers in connection with the raising of approximately $850,000,000 in term loans for Prestige Brands, Inc., a subsidiary of Prestige Brands Holdings, Inc., pursuant to an amendment to its term loan credit agreement. The proceeds of the terms loans were used to refinance the existing term loans under that credit agreement.
