Cahill represented Morgan Stanley as sole book-running manager in connection with the public offering of 17,542,410 common shares of Restaurant Brands International, resulting in gross proceeds of $601,704,663. The selling shareholders received all of the proceeds of the sale. Restaurant Brands International is one of the world’s largest quick service restaurant companies with over 19,000 restaurants in approximately 100 countries and U.S. territories.
