Cahill Represents Lead Banks in New Credit Facilities for Albertsons

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger, and the other arrangers in connection with the new $4,000,000,000 asset-based revolving credit agreement for Albertsons Companies, LLC.
Cahill also represented Credit Suisse AG as administrative agent, Citigroup Global Markets as lead arranger and the other arrangers in connection with a new $1,145,000,000 incremental term loan facility for Albertson's LLC.
