Cahill Represents Lead Arranger on Approximately $500 Million Facility for NPC International

Cahill represented Barclays as lead arranger in connection with an amended and restated credit agreement for NPC International, which, among other things, extended the maturity of the revolving facility and repriced the term facility effectively resulting in approximately $500 million of new loans and commitments. NPC International is the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the United States.
