Cahill represented Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Securities as joint book-running managers in connection with the offering of 13,263,266 shares of common stock of Builders FirstSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLDR), a leading supplier and manufacturer of building materials, manufactured components and construction services to professional contractors, sub-contractors and consumers, resulting in gross proceeds of $137,937,966.40. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds of the sale.
