Cahill represented Deutsche Bank AG as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner, Barclays Bank, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, and Societe Generale as joint bookrunners, and Crédit Industriel et Commercial and Banco Santander as co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of €435,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 by eDreams ODIGEO, a leading online travel group. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
