Cahill represented the joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 12.00%/13.00% Senior PIK Toggle notes due 2022 by Vertiv Intermediate Holding Corporation, the holding corporation of Vertiv, a global leader in designing, manufacturing and servicing mission-critical infrastructure technologies for vital applications in data centers, communication networks and commercial/industrial environments. Proceeds from the offering were used to pay a dividend.
