Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in Multicurrency Notes Offering by Ardagh Packaging

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets as lead book-running manager and the co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and €750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6% Senior Notes due 2025 by Ardagh Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh Holdings USA Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
