Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for AssuredPartners

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada, Barclays Bank, Bank of Montreal and MIHI as lead arrangers in connection with a $202,000,000 incremental Term B loan, and a $25,000,000 incremental revolving credit facility for AssuredPartners, Inc., one of the largest independent insurance brokerage firms in the United States. Proceeds were used in connection with AssuredPartners’ acquisition of Keenan & Associates, the largest independent insurance broker in California.
