Cahill represented Deutsche Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and Citigroup Global Markets; Wells Fargo Securities; Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith; BNP Paribas; Banco Santander; Mizuho Bank; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and TD Bank as lead arrangers in connection with the amendment and restatement of Crown America’s $650,000,000 revolving credit facility, €275,000,000 term facility, $750,000,000 term loan A facility, CAN$50,000,000 revolving credit facility, and $700,000,000 multicurrency revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the amended and restated credit facilities were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
