Cahill represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and the other lead arrangers and Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent, in connection with a new $2,000,000,000 cash flow revolving credit facility for HCA, Inc. to replace HCA’s existing cash flow revolving credit facility.
