Cahill represented Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC as lead arranger, Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch as administrative agent and Barclays Bank plc and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as arrangers in connection with a $337,000,000 Term B amended incremental credit facility for Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc. & SCS Holdings I Inc., a technology software company. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for an acquisition by the borrower, to repay certain existing indebtedness of the acquired company and to pay fees and expenses.
