Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in Multi-Currency Notes Offerings for Scientific Games International, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in a Rule 144A offering by Scientific Games International, Inc., of €325,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.375% senior secured notes due 2026, €250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.5% senior notes due 2026 and $900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5% senior secured notes due 2025. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
