Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A. as lead arranger and administrative agent and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Regions Bank, as arrangers in connection with a $505,000,000 Term Loan B credit facility and a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility for Hanger, Inc., the leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic patient care. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing indebtedness.
