Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,600,000,000 first lien Term B credit facility, $100,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $665,000,000 second lien Term B credit facility for Vertafore, Inc., a leader in modern insurance technology. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness, pay a special distribution and for general corporate purposes.
