Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $270,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2026 by Qorvo, Inc., a leading provider of core technologies and radio frequency solutions for mobile, infrastructure and defense and aerospace applications. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
