Cahill Represents Underwriters and Dealer Manager in Notes Offering and Tender Offers for MGM Resorts International

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior notes due 2027 by MGM Resorts International. Cahill also represented the dealer manager in connection with tender offers to purchase up to $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.750% notes due 2020 and 5.25% notes due 2020 by MGM Resorts International, an American global hospitality and entertainment company operating destination resorts. Proceeds from the notes offering were used to repurchase up to $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.750% notes due 2020 and 5.25% notes due 2020 and for general corporate purposes.
