Cahill Represents Dealer Managers in Partial Tender Offer for Choice Hotels International, Inc.

Cahill represented the dealer managers in connection with Choice Hotels International, Inc.’s partial tender offer to acquire approximately $180,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.750% senior notes due 2022. The partial tender was funded using the proceeds of a notes offering that closed last month in which Cahill represented the underwriters. Choice Hotels International (NYSE: CHH) is one of the largest and most successful lodging franchisors in the world with more than 7,000 franchise hotels, representing nearly 600,000 rooms, in 50 states, the District of Columbia and more than 40 countries and territories outside of the United States.
