Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.250% senior notes due 2029 by CDW LLC and CDW Finance Corporation, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of CDW Corporation. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
