Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2029 by Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CNR), the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
