Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to refinance the $1,377,407,894.37 term B credit facility for Gates Global LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness. Gates Global, LLC manufactures industrial machinery, offering fluid power products, belts, hoses, hydraulics, tools, and accessories for industrial, automotive, and oil and gas sectors worldwide.
