Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2029 by Plantronics, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing notes and for general corporate purposes. Plantronics, Inc. designs, manufactures, and markets lightweight communications headsets and headset accessories and services.
