Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.2 Billion Notes Offering for Mattel, Inc.

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.375% senior notes due 2026 and $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.750% senior notes due 2029 by Mattel, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used, together with cash on hand, to redeem existing notes and to pay related prepayment premiums and transaction fees and expenses.
