Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $800,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.75% senior notes due 2029 by APX Group, Inc., an energy exchange operating the spot markets for electricity in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Belgium. Proceeds from the offering were used for refinancing existing indebtedness.
