Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $1.2 Billion Credit Facility for Griffon Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $400,000,000 revolving credit facility of Griffon Corporation to add a $800,000,000 term loan B facility and make other related changes. Proceeds from the term loan B facility were used for the acquisition of Hunter Fan Company. Griffon Corporation is a diversified management and holding company conducting business through wholly-owned subsidiaries.
