Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an $850,000,000 incremental term loan for AssuredPartners, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for permitted acquisitions by the borrower, refinancing existing credit and general corporate purposes. AssuredPartners, Inc. is now one of the largest brokers in the nation with offices in 38 states and two countries.
