Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.375% senior notes due 2032 by Builders FirstSource, Inc. Proceeds of the offering were used to redeem the Company's outstanding 2027 senior notes and for general corporate purposes. Builders FirstSource, Inc. is a leading supplier and manufacturer of building materials, manufactured components and construction services to professional homebuilders, sub-contractors, remodelers and consumers.
