Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an incremental amendment to Avantor Funding, Inc.’s $975,000,000 revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. Avantor, Inc. is a chemicals and materials company headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania.
