Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to Griffon Corporation’s existing credit agreement, which increased the size of its revolving credit facility to $500,000,000 and extended the maturity of the revolving credit facility. Griffon Corporation is a diversified management and holding company conducting business through wholly-owned subsidiaries.
