Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% senior notes due 2034 and a $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior notes due 2054 by T-Mobile USA, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, which may include among other things, share repurchases, any dividends declared by the Board of Directors of T-Mobile US, Inc., and refinancing of existing indebtedness on an ongoing basis. T-Mobile USA, Inc., doing business under the global brand name T-Mobile, is an American wireless network operator.
