Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in a €250 Million Notes Offering for the Piaggio Group

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with an offering of €250.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.500% Senior Notes due 2030 by Piaggio & C. S.p.A.
The Notes were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and issued and sold pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance Piaggio’s outstanding senior notes.
Piaggio is a leading producer of two wheeler and commercial vehicles, including the Vespa, an iconic symbol of Italian design and style.
