Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $70 Million Credit Facility for Viad Corp

Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with an Amendment related to a $70,000,000 increase of the existing revolving credit facility for Viad Corp. Proceeds from the increased revolving credit facility will be used for an optional prepayment of the term loan and for general corporate purposes. Viad is a leading global provider of extraordinary experiences, including hospitality and leisure activities, experiential marketing, and live events through two businesses: Pursuit and GES.
