Cahill represented the agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $575,000,000 term loan and a $75,000,000 revolving credit facility for ISOLVED, INC. Proceeds from the term loan were used to refinance existing indebtedness. ISOLVED is a leading provider of workforce management software and services and a portfolio company of Accel-KKR.
