Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with a Refinancing Amendment to the $536,250,000 term B credit facility for JELD-WEN, Inc. Proceeds from the transaction will be used to refinance outstanding replacement term loans under the credit facility. Jeld-Wen is a leading global designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-performance interior and exterior doors, windows and related building products.
