Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with a repricing amendment to the $704,587,216.56 term B credit facility for VM Consolidated, Inc. (a subsidiary of Verra Mobility Corporation), as lead borrower. Proceeds from the new term loan credit facility were used to refinance existing term loans. Verra Mobility is a leading provider of smart mobility transportation technology solutions throughout the United States, Australia, Europe and Canada.
