Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $4.62 Billion Credit Facility for AssuredPartners, Inc.

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the AssuredPartners, Inc. term B credit facility to incur incremental term loans in an aggregate principal amount of $4,620,000,000. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing term loans. AssuredPartners, Inc. is one of the largest, fastest-growing, full-service insurance brokers in the United States.
