Cahill Named "High Yield Team of the Year" and Recognized for "High Yield Deal of the Year" and "Equity Deal of the Year" by IFLR

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP was named the “High Yield Team of the Year” by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) at its 2012 Americas Awards. Reflecting the firm’s market-leading practice, Cahill was honored by the IFLR for representing BofA Merrill Lynch as the sole dealer manager and solicitation agent in the CIT exchange offer which won the high yield “Deal of the Year” Americas award and for representing the initial purchasers in the CityCenter Las Vegas refinancing and the buyout of Kinetic Concepts, which were also shortlisted in the category.
On the equity side, Cahill was recognized for representing the underwriters in the IPO of Nielsen Holdings N.V., which won IFLR’s “Equity Deal of the Year” award and for representing the underwriters in the IPO of HCA, Inc., which was also shortlisted in the category.
