Girl Scouts of Greater New York Honor Susanna Suh at 25th Annual Women of Distinction Breakfast
Date: 10/25/17
Susanna Suh was honored at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York’s 25th Annual Women of Distinction Breakfast held on October 24th at Cipriani 42nd Street. Each year, the Girl Scouts of Greater New York gather on or around Girl Scout founder, Juliette Gordon Low’s birthday to honor Women of Distinction who serve as role models of ethical leadership. As co-chair of Cahill Gordon & Reindel’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Susanna has spearheaded many diversity and inclusion efforts at Cahill including development of affinity groups and implementation of a firm-wide program regarding unconscious bias.
Since 1913, the Girl Scouts of Greater New York have served more than five million girls throughout New York City, preparing them to lead with courage, confidence and character. Today, the Girl Scouts of Greater New York serve girls between the ages 5 and 17 in every zip code of New York City’s five boroughs. Proceeds from the Women of Distinction Breakfast benefit leadership programs for the nearly 28,000 girls reached by Girl Scouting in New York City.
