Cahill’s capital markets and lending practice has earned top ranks in various Western European debt categories in Debtwire’s league tables, demonstrating prominence as legal advisors to underwriters of debt securities.
Cahill has been ranked third by volume in Debtwire’s 3Q19 Western Europe Lender’s Legal Counsel. Cahill advised in five deals generating more than $7.7 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 9.74% of the market share. Additionally, Cahill was also ranked in the top five by volume and deal count in Debtwire’s 3Q19 Lead Bank’s Legal Counsel. Cahill advised in eight deals generating more than $2.6 billion in aggregate gross proceeds.
