Cahill Ranked Among the Nation’s Top Firms by Legal 500 US

The Legal 500 United States edition has again named Cahill as one of the country’s top firms as part of the publication’s 2022 guide. The firm has been named a leading law firm in: Antitrust Civil Litigation/Class Action: Defense; Antitrust Merger Control; Capital Markets representation across Debt, Equity Offerings, and High-Yield; Commercial Lending (Advice to Lenders); Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense for both Advice to Individuals and Advice to Corporates; Environmental (Transactional); General Commercial Disputes; Insurance (Advice to Insurers); Middle-Market M&A; Media, Technology and Telecoms Broadcast: Transactional; Securities Litigation Defense; Tax; and for the first time, Corporate Governance. Additionally, 33 individual Cahill attorneys were recommended by The Legal 500.
Cahill’s high-yield debt practice continued to be distinguished as a tier-one ranked firm. The review published by The Legal 500 in the 2022 guide noted that Cahill “continues to outstrip its rivals by quite some distance thanks to its sizeable bench of senior practitioners and its strong connections to investment banks.”

For the first time, Cahill has been ranked in the Corporate Governance arena, with sources commenting on the team’s “great expertise in dealing with compliance FCPA due diligence matters in corporate transactions” and celebrating that they “punch above their weight in the regional market.”
In this year’s 2022 guide, Cahill’s environmental practice earned a tier-two ranking with sources remarking to The Legal 500 that the “environmental team have proved that they are at the forefront of thinking on ESG.”
