Cahill Team Named Law360 ‘Legal Lions of the Week’ for Victory in Grubhub’s Data-Sharing Dispute

Cahill partner Joel Kurtzberg and associates Jason Rozbruch, Lisa Cole, and Philip Golodetz have been named “Legal Lions of the Week” by Law360.
Law360 recognized the Cahill team for its work in connection with securing an order striking down a New York City ordinance on First Amendment grounds that would have required Grubhub to deliver customer data and ordering history to restaurants without getting express consent from those same customers.
