CahillNXT practice co-chairs Sam Enzer and Lewis Cohen and partner Sarah W. Chen will be featured speakers at Coindesk’s Consensus 2024 conference in Austin, TX. CahillNXT partners Frank Weigand, Brock Bosson, Sesi Garimella, and Gregory Strong will also attend.
Sam Enzer and Lewis Cohen will join Neel Chopra of Binance and Purvi Maniar of FalconX on the panel, “The Global Regulatory Market Structure for Crypto: Understanding the Global Landscape,” which will analyze the global regulatory market structure for crypto trading in key jurisdictions, including the U.S., EU, and Hong Kong. The discussion will take place at 11 a.m. CDT on the Spotlight Stage.
Sarah Chen will speak on the panel, “Time to Combine? Mergers and Acquisitions in Digital Assets,” which will evaluate how investment bankers assess the outlook for consolidation in the industry in light of the halving of mining rewards, crypto’s wrenching boom-bust cycles, and other incentives to add scale. The discussion will take place at 3:15 p.m. CDT on the Money Reimagined Stage.
