Equinix Completes $750 Million Public Offering

Morgan and Citi as joint book-running managers and Barclays Capital, BofA Merrill Lynch, Evercore Partners, ING and RBS as co-managers in connection with the public offering of $750,000,000 7% Senior Notes due 2021 by Equinix, Inc. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
