Cahill represented RBS, BBVA Securities, Comerica Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley, Natixis, RBC Capital Markets, and Scotiabank as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the public offering of $400 million 5.75% Senior Notes due 2020 by Regency Energy Partners LP and Regency Energy Finance Corp. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under revolving credit facility.
