Cahill represented Ironshore Inc. in connection with the acquisition by Fosun International Limited of the 80% interest in Ironshore that it does not already own. Ironshore provides broker-sourced specialty commercial property and casualty coverages for varying risks on a global basis through its multiple international platforms. Fosun is a Chinese conglomerate and investment company. The transaction is valued at approximately $2 billion.
